Privacy Policy

The shortest privacy policy you’ll read all year.

We collect only what we need to answer your message and ship your boxes. That's the whole philosophy. Here are the specifics, in plain English.

Tell us what you have, or what you need. A human reads every request and replies within one business day — no chatbots, no phone calls.

What we collect.

When you submit a form on this site we collect the fields you fill in: name, company, email, phone, address fields, and whatever you type in the message. Forms capture the current page URL so we know where you found us. That’s the whole list.

How we use it.

We use your information to reply to your request, ship or pick up the product you asked about, and send you the occasional email when you’ve opted in. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your information with anyone who is not a direct vendor in the fulfillment chain (carriers, billing processors).

How we store it.

Form submissions land in a private customer database operated by our hosting partner, encrypted in transit and at rest. Our team accesses it only as needed to service requests.

Cookies.

This site uses only essential, strictly-necessary cookies for security. We do not run third-party ad tracking or personalized ad targeting. We do use anonymized traffic analytics to understand which pages are useful — you’ll see the analytics domain in your network tab.

Your rights.

You can email us and request a copy, a correction, or a full deletion of any personal data we hold on you. We’ll do it within 30 days.

Changes.

If we ever change this policy in a substantive way, we’ll update the “last modified” date at the bottom of the page and describe the change in plain English.

Last modified: recently enough.
